| Interactive Master Plan By 2007, Hibben will include nearly 190 custom-built homes. Plans are for a total of about 300 houses, along with parks, a pool and a clubhouse. Development of the fourth phase is underway. While all Hibben residents have access to the water through the marshfront trail system and the community docks, the fifth phase will include waterfront homesites – on tree-shaded bluffs above Rat Hall Creek.
