Choose a House Put on comfortable shoes and we’ll walk with you through well-crafted homes that are already under construction – in time for you to choose such finishes as paint colors, countertop surfaces and fixtures. For houses not as far along, we can show you the traditional architectural drawings and elevations we’ve created, and you can make even more choices.  Choose a Lot If you'd rather start from the ground up, bring your architectural plans for review, or we can show you house plans from the Hibben portfolio. Or if you like, our community architect, can draw original plans just for you and your lot – over the past couple of years, we have designed entire streetscapes in Hibben.
