Find Your Home Ready for some Hibben in your life? Here's how. Choose a home already planned or under construction, and we’ll customize it just for you. Or select the perfect lot – on a corner, with a marsh view, near the trail – and our community architect will design the home you've been dreaming of. You can weigh in on everything from front porches and floor plans to cabinetry and faucets – and we’ll be right there to help.  Choose a House Put on comfortable shoes and we’ll walk with you through well-crafted homes that are already under construction – in time for you to choose such finishes as paint colors, countertop surfaces and fixtures. For houses not as far along, we can show you the traditional architectural drawings and elevations we’ve created, and you can make even more choices.  Choose a Lot If you'd rather start from the ground up, bring your architectural plans for review, or we can show you house plans from the Hibben portfolio. Or if you like, our community architect, Julie O'Connor, can draw original plans just for you and your lot – over the past couple of years, she has designed entire streetscapes in Hibben. (And before moving to a Charleston firm, she earned her architectural teeth at the historic district commission in Nantucket. We think she's tops.)
